Estimates are free and performed by the owner, Jack Kelly. Mayfair Contractors, Inc. does not use subcontractors. Jack oversees all the work done by his select crew of trained professionals. Unlike large painting companies, Jack can be reached promptly by phone or email to handle issues as they arise. All work is done on budget and features a 2 year warranty for labor. With Mayfair Contractors, Inc. there are no hidden surprises. The estimate is the same as the final bill unless work is added or subtracted by the customer.
